House Auction Rules
Auctions run for seven days after the first bid. Enter the highest amount you are willing to pay; the bid automat raises your visible offer only when another character bids.
The winner must have the final bid plus the first monthly rent in the depot of the house town. Your character must be logged out before you can bid.
